This website has been designed to help landlords with free advice about the day to day queries that arise when renting out property and the more serious ones when you have troublesome tenants. 

With 30 years of experience we can help with the smooth running of rental properties by giving free advice in an easy to understand manner and producing assured shorthold tenancy agreements and letters at an affordable fixed price of only £10 each plus fixed rate possession orders.

We are not here to make lots of money from you, however if you need contracts, have to evict tenants or need special letters written we are happy to do this at a small price with our tried and tested contracts and documents, this funds the site.

Renting property can seem daunting and there are rules you must follow.  These you can read by clicking on What you should do.  If you do not understand something or would like to ask a question, however big, small or silly it seems then e-mail us and we will do our best to help.

We are experienced in looking after multiple properties with both private and council tenants giving us extensive knowledge in tenancy agreements, increasing rents, notices to quit, the County Courts and whatever is involved in the day to day running of rental property.

We are not solicitors so can give you free advice and produce the documents you need at a realistic and affordable fixed price.
