Notice to Quit - £10

This is a straight forward document which often fails because it has not been completed correctly. 

Don't worry we can help.  With our extensive experience we are able to correctly write this letter saving you hassle and worry.

An incorrectly written Notice to Quit will be thrown out by the Housing Benefits and the Courts costing you dearly in time and lost revenue.  Don't risk it. It is not worth it.

 Fast Track Possession Order - £100

In most cases sending the correct Notice to Quit will result in the tenant leaving but occasionally this does not happen.  Then you need a possession order.

We can complete all the necessary paperwork that goes with applying for a Fast Track Possession Order and send it to the court.

There is a court fee of £150 on top of our charges.  We would ask the court to instruct the tenant to pay both the court fee and our charges.

Instruction of Court Bailiffs - £50

By now most tenants would have left but on rare occasions this does not happen and the Court Bailiffs need to be instructed.  We can complete this form and return it to the court for you and liaise with the Bailiff.

There is a bailiff fee of £95 on top of our charges.
